This product can be used under or over your makeup. Wet the tip of the application brush before applying. Brush the product over the wrinkled or puffy areas of the face while using an upward motion. Remove any extra residue with the application brush then sit expressionless for 7 minutes. For best results do not look down or speak while product is drying.
